How do I Claim the Reward?
- Find your order reference number (not the transaction ID) in your order confirmation email or vendor order history.
- Join the Fortune Gaming chat channel in EVE.
- Inform any Fortune Gaming corporation member that you would like to claim your GTC reward.
- In a private conversation, provide them with your order reference number.
- In the IGB, click here to open a pre-filled eveMail to a member of the Fortune Gaming team.
- Replace the text "PUT_NUMBER_HERE" with your order reference number and then send the eveMail.
- If this is your first GTC credit claim, you will receive your decoration with reward within 24 hours.
- If you have claimed the decoration in the past, you will receive a reward equivalent to the decoration reward within 24 hours.
