We offer "Pre-Auth" deposits as a way to avoid this waiting period when a Fortune Gaming representative is available to handle deposits manually. Essentially, the "Pre-Auth" deposit will update your account with the deposited funds immediately, instead of having to wait for the next Deposit Timer.

How do I do a "Pre-Auth" deposit?

If you would like a "Pre-Auth" deposit, make sure there is a Fortune Gaming representative available in the "Fortune Gaming" chat channel in EVE. The easiest way to do this would be to ask in the channel if anyone can "pre-auth" a deposit for your account. After ensuring a representative is available, make your deposit to the Fortune Gaming corporation, then allow a minute or two for the Fortune Gaming representative to process the deposit manually. Once the deposit appears on your account, you can use your FG immediately.

How do I track my "Pre-Auth" deposits?

In your Account Overview, when a "Pre-Auth" deposit is pending, it will be displayed across from the "Pre-Auth Deposit Pending" entry. The purpose of this is to let you know the amount that has been added to your account but has not yet been processed by the automated standard deposit update. Once your deposit is processed by the standard deposit update, your "Pre-Auth Deposit Pending" entry will no longer be displayed.
